The Digital Signage solution from Arantia uses the STB as basic player , letting under the same architecture to have IPTV and DS solutions, which represents an important economic save as well as it provides the system of a huge versatility.

For the new design of the application Arantia has used its experience from the IPTV and Digital Signage areas, developing a new combined system which allows to join perfectly the advantages  of an IPTV system oriented to entertainment at some points with the needs of direct communication with the customer which ar more common in other areas.
Contents generated by IPTV-HE21 headend will be able to be visualized from the entertainment system as well as part of the contents of the Digital Signage system. This allows the creation of templates which combines a text banner, a publicitary image and a live tv channel into the same screen. This way, attention from potential customers is dragged, waiting time perception is lowered and the message is trensmitted in a better and less intrusive way.
Through the administration tool of the new system you will can manage the players ( stbs ) in an individual manner or in a group based manner, create atractive contents thas to the predefined set of templates as well as program the playing of those events in an easy calendar which allows to set the contents by the profile of the viewers waiting at the different areas or by the different time lapses of the day.
